Section 1. It is hereby proposed that Section 6 . 05 (d) of the-
City Charter> be amended as follows:
Sec. 6 .015 . Petitions.

date of the ordinance sought to be reconsidered.
Section 2 . 'it is hereby pro-posed that Section 7 . 01 (b) 2 of the
City Charter be amended as follows :
Sec. 7 .01. Charter amendments.
(b) 14-2itiation by petition.
Upon certification of the sufficiency of the petition by
the city; 'clerk, the commission shall place the proposed amendment
to a' vote of the ualifieid voters at the next general or special
election held not less than 90 days nor more than 150 'after
certification.
