THIS INDENTURE made the 7th c;Iay of July, A.D., 1969, between IMPERIAL LAND CORPORA-
TlON, a corporation under the laws of the State of Florida, and IMPERIAL HOMES CORPORATION,
a corporation under the laws of the State of Florida, Parties of the First Part, and the CITY OF CLEAR-
WATER, a municipal ity under the laws of the State of Florida, Party of the Second Part.
WITNESSETH: That the Parties of the First Part for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar
($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration to them in hand paid by the Party of the Second
Part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby grgnt and release unto the saJd Party
