That the said affiant acknowledges the fact that a ten foot easement was granted over the westerly 270 feet of the easterly 720 feet of the South 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, less road rights-of-way, in Section 24, Township 29 S., Range 15 E., in Clea.rwater, Pinellas County, Florida, on the 15th day of November 1967, and which easement was recorded in O.
