This easement being for drainage and utilities installation
and maintenance.

In consideration for the conveyance of this easement, the City will (1) install
approximately 70 feet of sea wall section along existing East bank of Stevenson
Creek; and (2) replace trees removed with total of not more than four (4) trees,
a minimwn of eight feet (8') in height.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon the
above described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon any
utility and drainage lines and to inspect and alter such utility and drainage lines
from time to time.

herein contained and other valuable considerations passing between
the parties hereto, the Seller agrees to grant and the Purchaser
agrees to buy the following described easement, lying and being
in Pinellas County, Florida, to wit:

as recorded in Plat Book 52, Page 9, of the Public Records

and maintenance and the City of Clearwater shall have the right

-The total purchase price of said easement shall be the sum of
Two Hundred Eight Dollars
($208.00)
payable in full upon closing, which shall be on or before ninety
(90) days from date hereof at the office of the City Attorney,
Clearwater City Hall, 112 S. Osceola Avenue, Clearwater, Florida.
IN CO\'SIDERATION ""HEREOF, Seller agrees to granct said
Easemc::nt to said Purchaser upon paYJnent of said sum.
The obligations and benefits under this contract shall extend
to the personal representatives, heirs, successors and assigns of
the parties hereto.
