cash in hand paid to them, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
and the benefits to be derived therefrom, G. GORDON BERGESON and
ELIZABETH I. BERGESON, his wife, do hereby grant and convey to the
CITY OF CLEAR WA TER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, a permanent
easement over, under and across the following described land, lying and
being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
PERMANENT EASEMENT
A 15 ft. easement described by metes and bounds as follows:
From the Northeast corner of the NE-l/4 of the NE.;.1/4 of the
NE-l/4 of Section 23, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, run
South 205 feet; thence run West 33 feet to a point on the West
right of way line of Keene Road and the South line of the property
of the Grantors; thence continue West along the said South
property line 488. 62 feet for the Point of Beginning; thence run
North 205 feet M. O. L. to a point on the North property line
that is 15 ft. East of the Northwest property corner; thence
run West and along the North property line 15 feet to the said
Northwest property corner; thence run South along the West
property line 205 feet M. O. L. to the Southwest property corner;

This easement being for the installation and maintenance of a
sanitary sewer transmission main.
The CITY OF CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to
enter upon the above described premises and to construct, install and
maintain thereon any sanitary sewer transmission mains and to inspect
and alter such mains from time to time.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have set their hands
and seals this 18th day of August , 1966.

construction easement over, under and across the following described land,
lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
TEMPORAR Y EASEMENT
A 15 ft. temporary easemen t described by metes and bounds as
follows:
From the Northeast corner of the NE-l/4 of the NE-l/4 of the
NE-l/4 of Section 23, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, run
South 20 5 feet; thence run West 33 feet to a point on the West
right of way line of Keene Road and the South line of the property
of the Grantors; thence contin.ue West along the said South
property line 473.62 feet for the Point of Beginning; thence run
North 205 feet M. O. L. to a point on the North property line
that is 15 ft. East of the Northwest property corner; thence
run West and along the North property line 15 feet to the said
Northwest property corner; thence run South along the \'\est
property line 205 feet M. O. L. to the Southwest property corner;
thence East 15 feet to the P. O. B.
This temporary construction easement is granted for the purpose of
permitting the Grantee to have access during the course of construction
of a sanitary sewer transmis sion line to a permanent easement lying
immediately to the West of and parallel with this construction easement;
and this easement shall expire automatically after one year from date
hereof or upon the completion of the project, whichever is sooner, or
unless extended by written agreement of the parties hereto.
It is hereby further mutually agreed that upon the completion of
construction the area of this temporary construction easement will be
restored by the Grantee to its original state, within a reasonable time.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have set their hands
and seals this 18th day of August , 1966.
