South 205 ft., thence run West 33 ft., to a point on the West
right of way line of Keene Road and the North property Une of
the Department of Church Extension F. C. M. S., Inc., Central
Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), for the Point of Beginning;
thence run West along the said North property Une 503.62 ft., thence
run South 15 ft., thence run East and parallel to the said North
property line 503.62 ft. M. O. L., to the point of intersection with
the West right of way line of Keene Road, thence run North along
the West right of way line of Keene Road 15 ft. M. O. L. to the P. O. B.

Central Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), 1200 Keene
Road, Clearwater, Florida.

This easement being for the installation and maintenance of a
sanitary sewer transmission main.
The CITY OF CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to
enter upon the above described premises and to construct, install and
maintain thereon any sanitary sewer transmission mains and to inspect
and alter such mains from time to time; and shall restore the surface to the
original condition. within a reasonable time.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party hereto has caused these presents
to be duly executed by its proper officers thereunto authorized and its
seal to be hereunto affixed this 9th day of September , 1966.

construction easement over, under and across the following described land,
lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
TEMPORAR Y EASEMENT
A 15 ft. temporary easement described by metes and bounds
as follows:
From the Northeast corner of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the
NE 1/4 of Section 23, Township 29 South, Range 15 East,
run South 220 ft., thence rtm West 33 ft. to a point on the
West right of way line of Keene Road, the said point being
15 ft. South of the North property line of the Department of
Church Extension F. C. M. S., Inc., Central Christian Church
(Disciples of Christ); and, being the Southeast corner of a 15 ft.
Permanent Easement, for the Point of Beginning; thence run
West along the South line of said Permanent Easement 503. 62
ft. M.G.L., thence run South 15 ft., thence run East 503.62
ft. M. O. L. to the point of intersection with the West right of
way line of Keene Road, thence run North along the West right
of way line of Keene Road 15 ft. M. O. L. to the p. O. B.
This temporary construction easement is granted for the purpose of
permitting the Grantee to have access during the course of construction
of a sanitary sewer transmission line to a permanent easement lying
immediately to the North of and parallel with this construction easement;
an.d this easement shall expire automatically after one year from date
hereof or upon the completion of the project, whichever is sooner, or
unless extended by written agreement of the parties hereto.
It is hereby further mutually agreed that upon the completion of
construction the area of this temporary construction easement will be
restored by the Grantee to its original state, within a reasonable time.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party hereto has caused these presents
to be duly executed by its proper officers thereunto authorized and its seal
to be hereunto affixed this 9th day of September , 1966.
