The City's Development Review Committee (DRC) has conducted a review of your application for
annexation of the property described above and has determined two conditions that need to be met in
order for the application to move forward to City Council for consideration.

I would accept a ietter with a time frame when the work will be done. This inspection was conducted an January 9, 2013
so we are approaching 3 months. 1 will allow an additional month with a letter stating such t+me frame and a permit
from a iicensed contractor wili be required to do the work. The Division of Fire Prevention Services will work with the
customer but we do need to see something in writing to move forward.

I noticed on the Fire Comments for this case (ANX2013-01003) that you need some information from the applicant. The
DRC schedule on Thursday is full, so we will either have to meet with the applicant on a separate date or I'm thinking of
just sending Ms. Baker a letter telling her the conditions she needs to meet or her case won't move forward. Then she
can call me or you with further questions on her item.
I need information from her, too regarding exactly what kinds of services she is performing on the site so we can
properly classify her use and issue a BTR once she is annexed into the City.
Let me know if you would like me to schedule a meeting with her face to face or if the letter route is okay with you. Let
me know ASAP so I can set up a meeting/send the letter to her.
