FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash in hand
paid to them, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits
to be derived therefrom, DONALD G. REICH and MARIAN R. REICH, his
wife, do hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWA TER, FLORIDA,
a municipal corporation, an easement over, under and across the following
described land, lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of

feet, along the South line of said Lot 120, for a p. O. B. ; thence
N 34-01'46" E, 125.65 feet; thence N 17044'00" E, 45.30 feet
to a point on theEast line of Section 22., Township 29 South,
Range 15 East, said point being the point of ending; Les s
that portion lying outside said Section 22; containing
2564.25 square feet.

In consideration for the conveyance of this easement, the City will restore
and maintain the existing East bank of Stevenson's Creek with broken concrete
rubble to protect proposed 1211 sanitary sewer installation.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon the
above described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon any
sanitary sewer line and to inspect and alter such sanitary sewer line from
time to time.

hereinafter referred to as Seller, and the
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, hereinafter
referred to as Purchaser:

That in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants
herein contained and other valuable considerations passing between
the parties hereto, the Seller agrees to grant and the Purchaser
agrees to buy the following described easements lying and being
in Pinellas County, Florida, to wit:
EASEMENT "A"
A 15 foot permanent sanitary sewer easement lying 7.5 feet
either side of the following described line:
From the SE corner of Lot 120 of Replat of Ardmore Place,
as recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 56, of the Public Records
of Pinellas County,. Florida; thence N 89009'01" W, 50.5 feet,
along the South line of said Lot 120, for a P.O.B.; thence
N 34001'46" E, 125.65 feet; thence N 17044'00" E, 45.30 feet

that portion lying outside said Section 22; containing

EASEMENT "B"
A 20 foot temporary construction easement described as
follows:
From the SE corner of Lot 120 of Replat of Ardmore Place,
as recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 56 of the Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida; thence N 89009'01" W, 17.64 feet
along the South line of said Lot 120, for a point of beginning;
thence continue N 89009'01" W 23.90 feet; thence N 34001'46" E,
122.30 feet; thence N 170 44' 00" E, 21.69 feet to a point on
the East line of Section 22, Township 29 South, Range 15 East;
thence S 0014'26"W, 46.91 feet, along said East line; thence
S 34001'46" W 91.05 feet to the P.O.B. Containing 2286.67 Sq.Ft.
Easement "A" shall be for sanitary sewer installation and maintenance
and the City of Clearwater shall have the right to enter upon said
easement and to construct, install and maintain thereon any sanitary
sewer line and to inspect and alter such sanitary sewer line from
time to time.

Easement "B" is granted for construction purposes for the use
by the City of Clearwater, Florida. This easement is temporary
and expires automatically after one year from date hereof or upon
the completion of the project whichever is sooner, unless extended
by written agreement of the parties hereto.
The total purchase price of said easement shall be the sum of
Nine Hundred Seventy Dollars and Eighteen Cents ($970.18) payable
in full upon closing, which shall be on or before ninety (90) days
from date hereof at the office of the City Attorney, Clearwater
City Hall, 112 S. Osceola Avenue, Clearwater, Florida.
IN CONSIDERATION WHEREOF, Seller agrees to grant said Easements
to said Purchaser upon payment of said sum.
The obligations and benefits under this contract shall extend
to the personal representatives, heirs, successors and assigns of
the parties hereto.
