easement over, under and across the following described land, lying
and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida,
to-wit:
THE SOUTH THIRTY FEET (30') OF LOT 9, BLOCK ~A",SECOND
ADDITION TO SALLS SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF
AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 6 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS
OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, AS
depicted in EXHIBIT ~A" attached hereto.
This easement is granted for fiber optic cable installation
and maintenance purposes. Installation of the fiber optic cable
within the easement grant shall be by subsurface directional bore
method and shall not disturb any surface improvements or uses
during installation.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above described premises and to construct, install and
maintain thereon the fiber optic cable facilities and to inspect
and alter such facilities from time to time.
