ROAD, CONSISTING OF LOT 11 , DEL ORO GARDENS, WHOSE POST
OFF 10E ADDRESS IS 3131 SAN MAT O STREET, UPON ANNEXATION
INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS SINGLE-FAMILY
ESIDENTIAL 8 (RS-8); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth
in this ordi;nante is -found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is
consistent with the City's comprehensive plan,; now, therefore,
E IT ORDAINED. BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE E CITY OF
CLEAR'WATER, FLORIDA':
Section 1. ; The following described property located in Pinellas County,
Florida, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the ' City of
Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as follows:
"Property Zoning District
Lot 11, Del Oro Gardens, according RS-8 - Single-Family
to the ;plat _thereof as recorded in Residential O
Plat gook 49, Page 74, of the public
records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Section 2. The Central Permitting Director is directed to revise the
zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption,
contingent upon' and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 5737-95.-
