AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO DESIGNATE THE LANE
USE FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SLOE
OF WEST DRIVE EAST OF HIGHLAND AVENUE SOUTH OF SUNSET
PC1F T RIPAD, CONSISTING OF LOT 11 , BLOCK D, CLE.ARWAT R
HIGHLANDS UNIT B, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1861 WEST
DRIVE, AS RESIDENTIAL LOW; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the -amendment to the future land use plan element of the
comprehensive plan o'"F the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be '
reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent> with the Cilty's
comprehensive plan; now, therefore,
BE I T ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION' 0'F THE CITY OF
CLEARWA'FI.F,, FLORIDA:
Section 1 The future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of
the City of Clearwater is amended by designating the land use category for the
hereinafter described property as follows;
Prooertv Land Use Categoory
Lot 11 , Block 8, Cle-carwater Highlands Residential Lowe
Unit B, according to the plat thereof
as recorded in P 1 at 'Book 30, Page 29,
public records of Pinellas County,
Florida, together with the abutting
right of way of West Drive. (LUP94--27)
Section 2e This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption,
contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 5727--95.
