AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO DESIGNATE THE LAND
USE FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOOTH SIDE:
OF SAN XATEO STREET, NORTH OF DREW STREET AND EAST OF
McULLEN BOOTH ROAD, CONSISTING OF LOT 10, DEL ORO
GARDENS, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 5137 SAN MA EO
STREET, AS RESIDENTIAL URBAN; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS,: the amendment to the future lend use plan element of the
comprehensive plan of the City as ; set forth in this ordinance is found to be
reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the C"ity' s
comprehensive plan; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA;
Section 1. The future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of
the City of Clearwater is amended biy designating the land use category for the
hereinafter described property as follows':
Prooert y Land Use Category
Lot 10, Del Oro Gardens, according;; Residential Urban
to the plat thereof as recorded ini

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adopition,
contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 5724-95
