CONSISTING OF PART OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP ZO SOU H,

annex the property into the Cite pursuant to Section 171.044, Florida Statuies
and the City has complied with all applicable 'requirements of Florida law in
connection with this ordinance; now, therefore,

Tort Section 2. The provisions of this ordinance are found and determineld to
be consistent with the City of Clearwater Comprehensive Plan. The pity
ommission hereby accepts the dedication of all easements, parks, rights-cflrway
and other dedications to the public which have heretofore been Trade by plat, deed
or user within the annexed property. The City Engineer, the City Clerk and the
Central Permitting Director are directed to include and show the propeerty
described herein upon the official wraps and records of the City.;
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediatelyrpon adoption.
The City Clerk shall file certified copies of this ordinance, including thelmap
attached here1to, with the Clerk of the Circuit Court and with the Coi°nty
Administrator of Pinellas County, Florida, within a days after adoption, and
shall file a certified copy with the Florida Department of State within 30 rays
after adoption:.
