Sect;io6 2. The provisions of this ordinance are found and determined to
be consistent wits the City of Clearwater "Comprehensive Plan. The City
Commission hereby accepts the dedication of all easements, parks, rights--bf-way,
and other ded,,ications to the public which have heretofore been made by plat, deed
or ;user within the annexed property. The City Engineer, the City Clerk algid the
Central Permitting Director are directed to include and show the property,
