WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set fo,rth
in this ordinance is found to be reasonable,; proper and appropriate, and l is
consistent with the City's comprehensive plan; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLcARWATER, FLORIDA:

Florida, is hereby ` zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of
