Section 2a , he Central Permitting Director is directed to revise the
zoning atlas, of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption,
subject to the approval of the land use designation by the Pinellas County Board
of County Commissioners. The Director of Central Permitting is authoriz d to
transmit to t,he, F'inellas County Planning Council an application to 'amend the
Countp ide Plan in order to achieve consistency with the 'Future Land Use Plan
Eiement of the Cl7,ty' s Comprehensive Plan as amended ,by this ordinance.
