a general ruIe that thE! terms of -office for certain City boards and committees
shall be fc }r year; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to amend certain sections of the
City Code as provided herein in order to eliminate an apparent conflict between
the general rule e'sthblished by Ordinance 5434-93 and the Code provisions that
were adopted when th0 boards and committees were established; now, therefore
BE IT 'ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF

Section 1. ' Su section (2) of Section 2.083, '`Code of Ordinances; relating

serve not more than two consecutive complete terms.
