Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is
consistent with the City's comprehensive plan.
Section 3. 1 The Central Permitting Director is directed to revis'e the
zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption,
contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 5548-94.
