FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) cash in hand
paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits to
be derived therefrom,

does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an easement
over, under and across the following described land, lying and being situate
in the County of Pine11as, state of Florida, to-wit:
THE EAST TEN FEET (10') of Lot 6, Block 10, MILTON PARK SUB.,
according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
1, Page 69, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
together with THE EAST TEN FEET (10') of the North One-Half of
that vacated alley described in City of Clearwater Ordinance
No. 6141-97 as recorded in O. R. Book 9712, Page 2371, Public
Records of Pine11as County, Florida.
This easement is for sanitary sewer purposes.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon the
above described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon any
sanitary sewer facilities and to inspect and alter such sanitary sewer
facilities from time to time.
