BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
RICHARD A. GEIGER AND CATHERINE GEIGER, HIS WIFE who, being first duly
sworn, depose and say:
1. That they are the owners of legal and equitable title to the
following described property in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
The West 20 feet of the following described tract:
Part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 21, Township
28 South, Range 16 East, situated in Pinellas County, Florida, being
described as follows:
Commence at the Northwest corner of said Northwest 1/4 of Northwest

said Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 for a distance of 224.0 feet
to the point of beginning, thence run South 000 07' 04" West for a

distance of 294.32 feet; thence North 000 07' 04" East for a distance
of 148.0 feet; thence run North 890 38' 42" West for a distance of
