QUIT -CLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this

between the CITY OF CLEARWA TER. FLORIDA, a municipal corporation,
party of the first part, and BA Y COVE APARTMENTS, INC., a Florida
corporation, whose post office address is P. O. Box #37046, Jacksonville, Florida,
32205, party of the second part,

WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part,for and in con-
sideration of the sum of Ten and no/ 100 Dollars ($10.00) in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, the receipt of which being hereby acknowledged,
has remised, released and quit-claimed, and by these presents does remise,
release and quit-claim unto the said party of the second' part, and its heirs,
successors and assigns forever, the following described land, situate,
lying and being in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
A ten foot (l0') Utility Easement over the East ten feet
,lOt} of Government Lot Two (2), less the Northerly 825
feet thereof and less the Westerly 100 feet thereof in Section
20, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, being more particularly
described as: Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of said
Section 20, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas
County, Florida, run thence S 89029'09" E, 100 feet along
the East/West centerline of said Section 20 to a point on the
Easte rly right of way line of U~ S. 19 (S. R. 55), said Point
also being the Point of Beginning; run thence N 005212511 E,
514.38 feet along said East right of way line; run thence
S 89014'26" E, 1684.32 feet; run thence SIlo 31'13" W,
516.66 feet; run thence N 8902910911 W, 1588.89 feet along
East/West centerline of said Section 20 to the Point of
Be'ginning, and a 20 foot (201) Utility Easement, ten feet
(lO'leach side of the following described line: Start at the
West 1/4 corner of said Section 20, Township 29 South,
Range 16 East and run S 89029'09" E, 1266.02 feet for a
Point of Beginning; thence run N 00030151" E to the North
line of said Tract and end of said Utility Easement.

EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash
in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the bene-
fits to be derived therefrom, BAY COVE APARTMENTS, INC., a Florida
corporation, does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, an easement over, under and across the following described land,
lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
See Exhibit "A II attached hereto and by this
reference made a part hereof.
This easement being for utilities installation and maintenance.
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER. FLORIDA, shall have the right to
enter upon the above described premises and to construct, install and main-
tain thereon any utility lines and to inspect and alter such utility lines from
time to time.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF. BAY COVE APARTMENTS. INC. has
caused these presents to be executed in its name, and its corporate seal to
be hereunto affixed, by its proper officers thereunto duly authorized. on the
day of October, 1970.
