An easement for the operation, maintenance, alteration or reconstruction of ex-

An easement for the operation and maintenance of existing water mains and
appurtenances in:

The N 1/2 of Government Lot 3, less the west 800 feet of the south 200
feet and less the west 100 feet thereof in Section 20, Township 29 S.,
Range 16 E.
Said land being known as Imperial Cove Condominium Apartments.
Said easement being over and through ~trips of land 10 feet in width lying
5 feet right and left of the center line of the following listed existing water mains.
1. The 12" main extending from the right-of-way of U. S. Highway 19 easterly
approximately 740 feet to a point approximately 25 feet west of the west side
of the recreation buil ding, along an al ignment approximately 250 feet south
of the north property line of Imperial Cove.
2. The 6" main extending northerly from the above described 12" main be-
tween condominium buildings No.1 and No.2 to a fire hydrant approximately
10 feet south of the north property line. .

3. The 6" main extending southerly from the above described 12" main be-
tween condominium building locations No.5 and No.6 to a fire hydrant
approximately 5 feet north of the south property line.
4. The 611 main extending southerly from the east end of the above described
12" matn along an alignment between the model apartments building and the
drivewa~; thence deflecting approximately 900 to the left and extending easterly
on an alignment southerly of the model apartments building, ending southerly of
the outdoor ~ecreation area.

12" main to a point westerly of the northwest corner of the recreation build-
ing~ thence running in a generally easterly direction (passing northerly of
the recreation building ~nd the boat basin.) a distance of approximately 450
feet to a point of ending 1266 feet easterly of the westerly line of said
Government Lot 3.

This easement being for utilities installation and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon the above
described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon any utility lines and
to inspect and alter such utility lines from time to time.
