TI\IS ASSIGNMENT, made as of this /~'ftfday of /4v , 1980,
by and between U.S. HOME CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, ("Grantor")
and the CITY OF CLEARWATER, a Florida municipal corporation whose mailing
address is 122 S. Osceola Avenue, Clearwater, Florida 33516 ("City").
~. WHEREAS, Grantor, in connection with its conveyance of certain
~roperty, did reserve unto itself, its successors and assigns, certain
~rainage easements and utility easements, all as more particularly set

~ NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the above premises, Ten Dollars
~$10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and suf-
ficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor does hereby assign,
transfer and set over to City, its successors and assigns forever, the
following non-exclusive, perpetual easements previously reserved by
Grantor pursuant to Exhibit C of that certain deed from Grantor to
Countryside Country Club, Inc., dated October 2, 1979, and recorded in
O.R. Book 4922, at page 647, Public Records of pinellas County, Florida:
(i) an easement in, under, on, and over the land described on Exhibit A
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference for the installation,
maintenance, replacement, inspection and repair of utilities; and (ii) an
easement in, under, on and over the land described on Exhibit B attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference for the construction,
installation, maintenance, replacement, inspection and repair of drainage
facilities, including without limitation, lines, pipes, swales and reten-
tion and detention ponds.
WHEREAS, City has requested that Grantor assign to it certain
By its acceptance and recording of this Assignment of Easement, City,
its successors and assigns, does hereby agree to accept for maintenance
the utilities located on the Exhibit A land.
This Assignment of Easement shall be binding on the parties hereto,
and their respective successors and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Assignment of
Easement by its duly authorized officer as of the day and year first above
written.
