an easement over, under and across the following described land, lying

Ten Foot Wide Sanitary Sewer Easement lying five feet either side of
the following described line; Start at the Southeast corner of
Section 19, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida,
and run NOlo 26' 21" East 1343.64 feet along the centerline of
U. S. Highway 19, to the Northeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the
Southeast 1/4 of said Section 19; Thence N 890 24' 49" West 100.01 feet
along the centerline of Nursery Road; Thence SOlo 26' 21" West 302.69
feet, Thence N 890 56' 51" West 232.00 feet; Thence N 000 03' 09" East
5.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; Thence N 890 56' 51" West 196.46
feet; Thence SOlo 26' 21" West 35.19 feet; Thence I IN ,8,80 4-0' 31"
West 123.59 feet to the Point of Ending,. LESS the Westerly 110,.' 0 feet.
This easement being for Sanitary Sewer Installation and
Maintenance.

error In tile ueSCrIptlOn.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon the
above described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon
any utility lines and to inspect and alter such utility lines from time
to time.
