an easement over, under and across the following described land, lying and
being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
A parcel of land lying in the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 19, Township 29
South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, being more particularly
described as follows: Commence at the NE corner of said SE 1/4; thence
N 89028151" W, along the Northerly boundary of said SE 1/4, 100.00 feet to
the Westerly right-of-way of U. S. Highway 19 (S. R. 55), as established as a
200.00 foot right-of-way; thence S 01026' 5111 W, along the aforementioned
Westerly right-of-way, 300.00 feet to the Northerly boundary of a parcel of
land described in a deed to E1banco Realty Corporation as recorded in O. R.
Book 3990, page 1157 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; thence
N 89028' 57" W along the Northerly boundary of said parcel described in the
aforementioned mortgage, 500.00 feet to the NW corner thereof; thence
SOl 026'51" W, along the Westerly boundary of the aforesaid parcel, 146.25 feet
to the P.9. B. of a parcel of land lying 7.5 feet each side of the following
described centerline; thence from the P. O. B. run N 88033'09" W, 32.56 feet;
thence S 02015'52" W, 150.23 feet; thence S 85037'491' W, 30.00 feet to a storm
retention pond; thence through said pond N 35052'24" W, 40.00 feet; thence
N 89028' 57" W, 40.00 feet; thence S 19011103" W, 42.55 feet to the Point of
Termination; said Point of Termination lying on the Northerly boundary described
in a mortgage to Barnett Mortgage Trust from Bay Park Center, Inc. recorded
in O. R. Book 4064, page 1629, Pinellas County, Florida.
This eas ement being for drainage installation and maintenance.

upon the above-described premises and to construct, install and maintain
thereon any drainage lines and to inspect and alter such drainage lines from
time to time.
