paid to it the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits

does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an easement
over, under and across the following described land, lying and being situate
in the County of Pinellas, state of Florida, to-wit:
5' DRAINAGE, UTILITY AND SIDEWALK EASEMENT
The West 5.00 feet of Lots 201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206,
207 and 208 of Morningside Estates Unit 1 a Subdivision
recorded in Plat Book 59, Page 59 of the Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida, and immediately adjacent to
the Easterly right-of-way of Belcher Road.
This easement being for drainage, utility and sidewalk installation and
maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon the
above described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon any
drainage, utility and sidewalks and to inspect and alter such drainage,
utility, sidewalk from time to time.
