EASEMENT DEED
THIS INDENTURE made this ~day of r A.D,; 1966, Between
BLACKBURN BROTHERS LAND DEVELOPMENT, a partnership under the-
laws of the State of Florida, Party of the First Part, and the CITY OF
CLEARWATER, a municipal corporation, Party of the Second Part.
WITNESSETH: That the Party of the First Part for and in consideration of the
sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable considerations to them in
hand paid by the Party of the Second Part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
le-dged do hereby grant and release unto the said Party of the Second Part an
easement for the construction and maintenance of a water pipeline and app'urte-
nances in the S 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 19, Township 29 S., Range 16 E.,
within and through the following described prope rty:

described as follows: From the northernmost corner of Lot 315 of

This easement or any portion thereof shall terminate and become void when a
plat of record with dedication of substitute easements, or street right-of-way
acceptable to the City of Clearwater, is recorded in the Public Records.
