This Easement, permanent in nature, is given for the purpose of
the installation and maintenance of an eight (8") inch high-
pressure gas main, including the high pressure gas line presently in
place.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, Florida, its officers, agents
or assigns shall have the right to enter upon the above-described
premises at any and all times to construct, install, repair,
maintain, or replace thereon the aforesaid high-pressure gas main.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, Florida, acknowledges that
METZ & WHITE, INC., now operates and maintains a lake, or pond,
on the property adj acent .to,.the,,;~em&at.,,~&.in.'~..aa4oleQy-whi:eh'
such lake or pond drains by ditch over the Easement hereinabove
described; as further consideration from the CITY OF CLEARWATER,
Florida, to METZ & WHITE, INC., for the grant of this Easement,
the CITY OF CLEARWATER, Florida, covenants and agrees to so
