This indenture made this 11th day of

between united States Steel Corporation, USS Realty Development
Division, a corporation organized under the laws of the State
of Delaware and qualified to do business in the State of
Florida, as Grantor, and the City of Clearwater, a municipal
corporation under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter
referred to as Grantee.

WIT N E SSE T H:
WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner in fee simple of the following
described real property located in Pinellas County, Florida; and
Attached hereto as Exhibit "A"
and incorporated herein.
WHEREAS, Grantee desires to have an easement across the
aforementioned property for drainage purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
and other valuable considerations, to us in hand paid, the receip
of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor hereby grants unto
successors and assigns, the following perpetual
easement over, upon, in and across the land hereinafter described,
for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, and repairing of a
drainage system which Grantee hereby agrees to maintain.
See Exhibit nAil attached hereto
and incorporated herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have set their
