WHEREAS, Grantor was the owner of the following real
property in pinellas county, Florida, described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto, which it declared to the condominium form of
ownership under the name of Sand Key condominium - Bayside
Gardens II (hereinafter referred to as Bayside Gardens II) by
Declaration recorded in Official Records Book 3967 at page 857
of the Public Records of pinellas County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, under Article IV of said Declaration, Grantor
reserved unto itself easements over, under and upon the condo-
minium property of Sand Key condominium-Bays ide Gardens II as
may become necessary for the purpose of servicing other
properties of the Grantor ~n the vicinity of this condominium
with utility services and drainage; and,
WHEREAS, under the aforementioned Article IV of the

WHEREAS, Grantor desires to give and Grantee desires to
acquire an easement across a portion of the property of
Sand Key Condominium-Bays ide Gardens II for drainage purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
and other valuable considerations, to us in hand paid, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor hereby grants
unto Grantee its successors and assigns, the following perpetual
easement over, upon, in and across the land hereinafter des-
cribed, for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, and
repairing of a drainage system which Grantee hereby agrees to
maintain:

and incorporated herein.
