does hereby grant and convey to the City of Clearwater, a temporary easement
over, under and across the following described land, laying and being situated
in Pinellas County, State of Flor'ida, which is more particularly described in
Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

The easement ri ght granted the City of Cl ea rwa ter hereby is 1 imited to
the right to use the existing drainage system presently constructed on the
Exhibit A property for the purpose of conducting drainage from the drainage
facilities serving Countryside TRACT 6 REPLAT to the drainage outfall serving
both Countryside Tract 6 Replat and the Exhibit A property, with said outfall
being designated on the Countryside Master Drainage Plan as Outfall 5-A.
Maintenance of this temporary drainage system shall be performed by U.S. Home
Cdrporation until such time as a permanent easement is dedicated and a permanent
drainage system is constructed by U.S. Home Corporation and approved by the
City of Clearwater.
The City of Clearwater shall not have the right to construct or install
any drainage facilities in, on or under the Exhibit A property, pr alter any
dra inage fac il iti es as may presentlyexi st, wi thout the prior written consent..
~ of U.S. Home Corporation. U.S. Home Corporation shall at its expense install
~ 00 permanent drainage facilities on the Exhibit A property in a permanent easement
< ~~ by which the drainage from facilities serving Countryside Tract 6 Replat is

G'o ~ permanent drainage easement or easements to effect said drainage. The permanent

~"~.,sr;,automatically terminiate in the event: (i) U.S. Home Corporation, its successors
]~ ; J or assigns, shall request and receive subdivision plat approval for any of the

~ ~ G ~ easement whereby the drainage easements serving Countryside Tract 6 Replat are
.S~~~,extended so that they join with the aforementioned outfall serving both
