FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) cash in hand
paid to it , the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the
benefits to be derived therefrom,
SCBS, Inc., a Florida corporation, qeneral partner of S-CLEARWATER/BS,
LTD., qeneral partner of SCBS, LTD., a Florida Limited Partnership,
does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an easement
over, under and across the following described land, lying and being situate
in the County of Pinellas, state of Florida, to-wit:
A Ten (10') foot water main easement lying 5' each side of all six inch (6")
and larger water mains up to and including all hydrants and meters, but
excluding any water mains that may lie under buildings or within five (5)
feet of buildings, this easement is to include the future relocation of the
City's 6" water line on' the North side of the property due to the
construction of the driveway into Builders Square and any new lines
associated with the construction of the Builders Square building AND an
ingress and egress easement for refuse and garbage collections and City of
Clearwater service and utility vehicles, all lying within the following
described tract:
See attached Exhibit "A"
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon the
above described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon any
water facilities and to inspect and alter such water facilities from time to
time.
