A parcel of land in the Southeast quarter (SE 1/4) of the Northeast
quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Eighteen (18) Township Twenty-Nine (29)
South, Range Sixteen (16) East, which is also part of that certain
tract as described in warranty deed dated April 26, 1963, from Edna
M. Brown, et al, - to - Frank W. Brooking and Harris E. Long,
recorded as instrument #713668, recorded in O.R. Book 1681, Page 34;
described as follows:
Start at the Southwest corner of said tract described in above deed
and run thence North 000 55' 59" East 280 feet for Point of
Beginning; from the Point of Beginning thus established continue
North 000 55' 59" East 307.72 feet along the East line of Florida
Power Corporation's Ulmerton-Curlew 230KV Transmission line right-
of-way as recorded in O.R. Book 1450, Page 150 of the Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida; thence continue along said transmission
line right-of-way, North 000 41' 18" East 12.27 feet to the
Northwest corner of said tract described in said deed; thence South
890 42' 43" East 580.89 feet along the North line of said deed tract
to its Northeast corner; thence South 010 03' 04" West along the
East line of said deed tract to a Point which is 330 feet North
along this line from the center line of State Road 60 (Gulf-to-Bay
Boulevard); thence North 890 42' 43" West parallel to the North line
of said deed tract to the Point of Beginning.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon the
above described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon any
water lines and to inspect and alter such water lines from time to time.

THIS SUBORDINATION TO EASEMENT AGREEMENT
entered into this 23rd day of July
FIRST FLORIDA BANK. N.A. . (the "Lender"),
OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, (the "Grantee"), and is
the following facts:

1. Subordination. The Lender does hereby agree that its
first mortgage lien and all other right, title and interest in the
Property which is encumbered by Lender's Instruments of Security, is
hereby made subject, subordinate and inferior to the Easement in
favor of Grantee.
2. Defaul t. The Lender hereby warrants and represents to
Grantee that it is the current owner of the Lender's interest in the
Instruments of Security and that no defaults presently exist
thereunder.
3. Modifications. This Agreement shall not be modified or
amended except in writing between Lender and Grantee.
4. Benefit. This Agreement shall be binding on Lender and
its successors and assigns and shall inure to the benefit of Grantee
and its successors and assigns.
