Commence at the Northwesternmost corner of Lot 1 of SEVER PARK as
per map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 90, Page 59 of the
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; thence run South 010
03' 04" West along the West line of said Lot 1 a distance of 396.36
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue South 010 03' 04"
WEst a distance of 10.0 feet; thence run South 880 57' 10" East a
distance of 160.0 feet to a point on the West line of a 40.0 foot
drainage and utility easement as reserved in O.R. Book 7037 Pages
1945 and 1946; thence run North 010 03' 04" East along said West
easement line a distance of 10.0 feet; thence run North 880 57' 10"
West a distance of 160.0 feet to the Point of Beginning.
This easement being for utility installation and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon the
above described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon any
utility lines and to inspect and alter such utility lines from time to time.
