This easement being for utilities installation and maintenance and
being subject to the leasehold interests of tenants of the fee owner.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon
the above described premises and to construct, install and maintain
thereon any utility lines and to inspect and alter such utility lines
from time to time.
