Attached is a Sidewalk Easement and Affidavit of No Liens
executed by Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. to the City of Clearwater
granting such easement along the westerly property boundary of
the new Sam's Club of Clearwater at Gulf-To-Bay Boulevard and
u.S. Highway 19. A completed DR-219 form is also attached for
Mr. Galbraith's signature.
