DAVIDSON AVENUE, LYING SOUTH OF BLOCK 34 AND NORTH OF BLOCK 39, MAGNOLIA PARK SUBDIVISION, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND RETAINING A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT OVER THE FULL WIDTH THEREOF; PROVIDING FOR '' ??
