VACATING A PORTION OF LOTUS PATH, FORMERLY KNOWN AS
1t. DAVIDSON AVENUE, LYING SOUTH OF BLOCK 34 AND NORTH OF
BLOCK 39, MAGNOLIA PARK SUBDIVISION, PINELLAS COUNTY,
FLORIDA, AND RETAINING A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY
EASEMENT OVER THE FULL WIDTH THEREOF; PROVIDING FOR

PROPERTY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, it has been requested by Medical Plaza Association, Low Investments
.f and Alfred C. Willie, owners of certain real property located in the City of
Clearwater, that the City vacate a certain right-of-way; and

Section 1. The following:
That portion of Lotus Path (previously platted as Davidson Avenue),
lying south of Block 34 and north of Block 39, Magnolia Park
Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 43, of the public records
of Pinellas County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of Clearwater
hereby quitclaims and releases all of its right, title and interest thereto to the persons,
firms or corporations entitled thereto by law, except that the City of Clearwater
hereby retains a drainage and utility easement over the full width of the above-
described property.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record this ordinance in the
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon Its recording in the public
records of Pinellas County, Florida, after adoption; provided that the adjoining
property owners shall each grant to all other adjoining property owners and their heirs,
successors and assigns a joint and reciprocal easement for ingress and egress over and
joint maintenance of the property described In Section 1, which easement shall be
recorded simultaneously with the recording of this ordinance.
