FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ('~Il. 00) cash in
hand paid to them , the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and
the benefits to be derived therefrom,
Daniel Bandes and Lillian E. Bandes~ his wife
do hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an
easement over, under and across the following described land,'lying
and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida~ to wit:
The South 10 feet of the North 60 feet of the East 200 feet
of the West 441.98 feet of the Northeast 1/4 of the NE 1/4
of Section 18, Township 29 South, Range 16 East
This Easement being a permanent easement for the installation
and maintenance of a sanitary sewer gravity line and force
main.
This easement shall in no way affect access to this property.
This easement being for utility installation and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above described premises and to construct, install and main-
tain thereon any utilities and to inspect and alter such utilities
from time to time.
