.~ does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an easement
over, under and across the following described land, lying and being situate
in the County of Pinellas, state of Florida, to-wit:
RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT:
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon the
above described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon any
~ road right-of-way, and to inspect and alter such road right-of-way from time

,--' Grantee covenants and agrees to hold Grantor harmless from and will
U indemnify Grantor for any damages incurred as a result of any activities
undertaken by Grantee consistent with thi.s grant of easement, from any
~destruction of property, any injury or death of any person(s), any wrongful
or negligent act or omission of the Grantee or its agents, contractors,

Range 16 East, being more particularly described as follows:
commencing at a point on the East right-of-way line of Thornton \
Road, as said road existed prior to November 12, 1968, said point,
being more particularly described'as the Southwest corner of Lot
13, WILLIAM BROWN'S SUBDIVISION OF BAYVIEW, FLORIDA, as recorded
in Plat Book 1, Page 13 of the Public Records of Hillsborough
County, Florida, of which Pine1las County, Florida was formerly
a part, for a POINT OF BEGINNING; thenbe run N 62021'26" East,
along the South line of said Lot 13, 11.35 feet; run thence S 000
37'03" West along a line 10.00 feet East of and parallel to the

that any contractor under hire by Grantee to perform any activity consistant
with this grant of easement shall name Grantor as "additional insured II as a
condition of contractor's employment.
