FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00)
cash in hand paid to them, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
and the benefits to be derived therefrom, CECELIA M. BROWN SCHULTE,
joined by her husband, EDWIN F. SCHULTE; MARY M. BROWN SAVAGE,
joined by her husband, JOHN M. SAVAGE; CECILIA DOLORES SAVAGE
THEISEN, joined by ber husband, DONALD CLARENCE THEISEN;
CECELIA ROBERTINE SCHULTE MARQUIS, joined by her husband,
JAMES LOUIS MARQUIS; MARY KATHLEEN SAVAGE RUSSELL, joined

unremarried widow, do hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEAR-
WATER. FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, a permanent easement
over, under and across the following described land, lying and being situate
in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:

The West 5 feet of the following tract: The West
1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 17,
Township 29 South, Range 16 East, less the West
100 feet thereof for right of way for U.S. Highway 19,
and also less the South 660 feet thereof.
The easement shall be perpetual and shall be solely for the
purposes of installing and maintaining underground and buried
water transmission lines by the City of Clearwater, such use
to be exercised in a reasonable manner appropriate to such use.

Cecelia Groves, their heirs or assigns, have the right to use
the area of such easement for private or public vehicular
parking, ingress and egress over all or any part thereof for
access to other parts of property, and for any other use not
inconsistent with or tending to interfere with the reasonable use
thereof by the City; and any permanent improvements or structures
on said easement area shall be made only with the written approval
of the City, which approval, however, shall not be unreasonably
withheld.
The City agrees, as a covenant to run with the land, so long
as said easement persists, to permit the owner of the property,
or part thereof, adjoining said easement area, to connect into
or tap any water transmission lines located therein at reasonable
places without any tap fee, exceeding the actual costs of meters
and labor and ma terial for tapping, which tap fees exceeding
meter and costs the City permanently waives and releases as
a part of the consideration for the easement, but the Owner shall
pay therefor the customary monthly charges for the water used
in accordance with the schedule of charges established by the
City of Clearwater.

The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to
enter upon the above described premises and to construct, install and
maintain thereon any water transmission mains and to inspect and alter
such mains from time to time.

Dear Mr. Stewart:
You have requested from Ceceli~ Groves an easement over the
West 5 feet of the.ix tract facing U. S. 19 on t..'J.e east side tll.ereof
for a water line. Pursuing our discussions on t..~is subject in your
office, I am authorized by my principals to inform you that this
easement will be granted under the following conditions agreed to:
1. The easement will be descr ibed as in and over:
The West 5 feet of the following tract: The West
1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Sec t..L.on 17,
T 29 51 R 16 E', less the West 100 feet thereof for
R/W for U. 5. Highway 19( and. also less the South
660 feet thereof1 all located in Pinellas County,
Florida.
2. Tne consideration for said easement shall be $1/500.00
payable to "Cecelia Groves Ii .
