C~ THIS INDENTURE made this Q.g-~ day of February, A. D. 1962, between BAYSIDE HOTEL CO., INC., a Florida corporation, party of the first part, and CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corpora- tion, existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Florida, party of the second part, WITNESSETH, That whereas the party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby gives and grants unto the party of the second part a perpetual drainage easement over and upon the lands hereinafter described, to-wit: Description of property as per Exhibit IIA'I attached. hereto and made a part hereof by reference. This perpetual drainage easement is granted to the party of the second part for the purpose of entering upon the lands therein included for the purpose of constructing, installing and maintaining all necessary drainage lines and other drainage facilities and equip- ment in connection with the North appraoch to Little Pass Bridge otherwise known as Clearwater Pass Bridge; it being expressly agreed and understood that no building structure or permanent obstruction whatsoever be constructed upon or placed upon any part of the easement above described.
