1962, between BAYSIDE HOTEL CO., INC., a Florida corporation, party of
the first part, and CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corpora-
tion, existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of
Florida, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, That whereas the party of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR and other good and
valuable considerations, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
hereby gives and grants unto the party of the second part a perpetual
drainage easement over and upon the lands hereinafter described,
to-wit:
Description of property as per Exhibit
IIA'I attached. hereto and made a part
hereof by reference.
This perpetual drainage easement is granted to the party
of the second part for the purpose of entering upon the lands therein
included for the purpose of constructing, installing and maintaining
all necessary drainage lines and other drainage facilities and equip-
ment in connection with the North appraoch to Little Pass Bridge
otherwise known as Clearwater Pass Bridge; it being expressly agreed
and understood that no building structure or permanent obstruction
whatsoever be constructed upon or placed upon any part of the
easement above described.

Although this easement is perpetual, it is expressly under-
stood and reservation is hereby made that in the event party of
the second part shall cease to use or abandon the use of this

easement for the purpose herein stated, for a period of ninety (90)
or more continuous days, this easement maybe cancelled at the option
of the party of the first part by written notice to that effect
addressed to party of the second part, its successors or assigns.

That part of Lot 2, Block D of Bayside Shores, in Section 17, Township 29
South, Range 15 East, as recorded in Plat Book 58, Pages 12 and 13, Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida, being more particularly described as
follows:
Commence at the Southeasterly corner of Lot 2, Block D of Bayside Shores,
said corner being Co-ordinate Point North 20,718.419, East 34,462.438,

thence North 120 56' 36" East, 73.48 feet, to a point of intersection with
the East boundary of said Lot 2, said East boundary being a curve concave
to the Southwesterly, having a radius of 275.00 feet, thence from a tangent
bearing South 20 33' 19" East, run Southeasterly and Southwesterly along
said curve through a Central Angle of 150 29' 55", 74.39 feet to the end of
