EASEMENT AGREEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of ONE AND NO/lOa ($1.00)
DOLLAR and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and suf-
ficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, U. S. HOME CORPORATION, a
Delaware corporation ("Home"), hereby grants and conveys to the City
of Clearwater, a Florida municipal corporation ("City") whose mailing
address is 112 South Osceola Avenue, Clearwater, Florida 33516, a tem-
porary non-exclusive utility and drainage easement on, over, under and
across the following described property located in Pinellas County,

SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO
AND INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE
The easement hereby granted is for the purpose of installation,
maintenance, operation, repair and replacement of utilities and
drainage facilities under and across the described land.
Home shall have the right in its sole discretion to re-locate the
herein described easement and City agrees to accept such re-Iocated
easement upon recordation by Home.
The City of Clearwater, Florida, shall have the right to enter
upon the above described premises and to construct, install and main-
tain thereon at its cost, utility and drainage lines and to inspect
and alter such utility and drainage lines from time to time; provided,
however, any such utilities and drainage facilities may only be
underground installations.

This easement shall automatically terminate: (i) upon the
recording in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, of the
document granting the re-Iocated easement referred to herein; or (ii)
if Home and City 'mutually agree to its termination.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this utilities
and drainage easement in its corporate name and affixed its corporate
seal this 9th day of June , 1981.
