Grantor hereby grants to Grantee a perpetual, ~ ~ non-exclusive easement over and across the Easement Property for purposes of utilities and drainage installation and maintenance. 3. Right of Entry. Grantee shall have the right to enter upon the Easement Property and to construct, install and maintain thereon any utility and drainage lines located thereon and to inspect and alter such utility and drainage lines from time to time. 4. Binding Effect.
