THIS EASEMENT GRANT, entered into this 9th day of June
1981, by and between U. S. HOME CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation,
whose address is P.O. Box 5088, Clearwater, FL 33518, hereinafter referred
to as "Grantor," and the CITY OF CLEARWATER, Florida, a municipal
corporation, whose address is P.O. Box 4748, Clea~wa!er, fL 33518,

WIT N E SSE T H:
WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner in fee simple of that certain parcel of
real property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, more fully described on
Exhibit A, attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner of certain easement rights over and
across the real property more fully described on Exhibit B, attached hereto;
and
WHEREAS, Grantee desires to obtain and Grantor is willing to grant to
Grantee an easement over and the property described on Exhibit A and
Exhibit B (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Easement Property") on
the terms and conditions and for the purposes set forth herein.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants, promises
and conditions herein contained and the benefits to be derived by Grantee,

the parties hereto agree as follows:
1.
Recitals.
The foregoing recitals are true and correct and are
hereby incorporated fully by reference.
2.
Easement Grant.
Grantor hereby grants to Grantee a perpetual,

non-exclusive easement over and across the Easement Property for purposes
of utilities and drainage installation and maintenance.
3. Right of Entry. Grantee shall have the right to enter upon the
Easement Property and to construct, install and maintain thereon any utility
and drainage lines located thereon and to inspect and alter such utility and
drainage lines from time to time.
4. Binding Effect. This Easement Grant shall be binding upon and
shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their
