THIS EASEMENT GRANT, entered into this ~ day of June
1981, by and between U. S. HOME CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation,
whose address is P.O. Box 5088, Clearwater, FL 33518, hereinafter referred
to as "Gran tor," and the CITY OF CLEARWATER, Florida, a municipal corp-
oration, whose address is P.O. Box 4748, Clearwater, FL 33518, hereinafter
referred to as "Grantee."

WIT N E SSE T H:
WHEREAS, Grantor is the Developer of Chateaux Woods Condominium,
situate in Pinellas County, Florida, dedicated to condominium ownership by
Declaration of Condominium recorded at O. R. Book 5046, Page 1510;
WHEREAS, Grantor, as Developer of said Condominium, pursuant to
Article XXIV of said Declaration of Condominium, reserved the right to grant
easements over and across the condominium property; and
WHEREAS, Grantor has the authority and power, pursuant to said
Declaration of Condominium, to grant certain easement rights over and across
the real property more fully described on Exhibit A, attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, Grantee desires to obtain and Grantor is willing to grant to
Grantee an easement over and the property described on Exhibit A (herein-
after ref~<!:red to as the "Easement Property") on the terms and conditions

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants, promises

Recitals.
The foregoing recitals are true and correct and are
the parties hereto agree as follows:
hereby incorporated fully by reference.
2. Easement Grant. Grantor hereby grants to Grantee a perpetual,
non-exclusive easement over and across the Easement Property for purposes
of utilities and drainage installation and maintenance.
3. Right of Entry. Grantee shall have the right to enter upon the
Easement Property and to construct, install and maintain thereon any utility
and drainage lines located thereon and to inspect and alter such utility and

. 4. Binding Effect. This Easement Grant shall be binding upon and
shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their successors and
assigns.
