EASEMENT GRANT
THIS EASEMENT GRANT, entered into this L day of J u n.e--

WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner in fee simple of that certain parcel of

Exhibit A, attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, Grantee desires to obtain and Grantor is willing to grant to
Grantee an easement over and the property described on Exhibit A
(hereinafter referred to as the "Easement Property") on the terms and
conditions and for the purposes set forth herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants, promises
and conditions herein contained and the benefits to be derived by Grantee,
the parties hereto agree as follows:

2.
Easement Grant.
Grantor hereby grants to Grantee a perpetual,
non-exclusive easement over and across the Easement Property for purposes
of utilities and drainage installation and maintenance.
3. 'Right of Entry.
Grantee shall have the right to enter upon the
Easement Property and to construct, install and maintain thereon any utility
and drainage lines located thereon and to inspect and alter such utility and
drainage lines from time to time.

4. Binding Effect, This Easement Grant shall be binding upon and
shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their successors and
assigns,
