Each person, firm or entity accepting a conveyance of the Grantor's property or any portion thereof, shall be bound by the terms, provisions or conditions of this Grant of Easement, as if said person, firm or entity were original parties hereto. 3 GENERAL PROVISIONS - The language in this Agreement shall, in all cases, be simply construed according to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against either party. Unless otherwise provided herein or unless the context otherwise requires, the following rules of construction shall apply: 3.1 The masculine gender includes the feminine, and the singular includes the plural and vice versa, wherever the context so requires. 3.2 A finding that any provisions hereof are invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect shall not impair or otherwise affect the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions. 3.3 This Agreement shall be governed by, construed and administered III accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
