WITNESSETH, that the County for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration to be paid by the City, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant and release unto the said City, a perpetual sidewalk easement for the pupose of maintaining the sidewalk over and across the following described property, lying in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit: Lands described in legal description attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
