SIDEWALK EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE made this II day of ~ ,2001, between Pinellas
County, a political subdivision of the State ofFlorid~eral Services, 201 Rogers
Street, Clearwater, FL 33756, party of the first part, hereinafter referred to as "County" and the
City of Clearwater, a municipal corporation, of the County of Pinellas and the State of Florida,
party of the second part, hereinafter referred to as "City."
WITNESSETH, that the County for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and
other good and valuable consideration to be paid by the City, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby grant and release unto the said City, a perpetual sidewalk easement
for the pupose of maintaining the sidewalk over and across the following described property,
lying in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
Lands described in legal description attached hereto and by this reference
made a part hereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the County hereunto set its hand and seal the day and year
first above written.
