corporation, an easement over, under and across the following described land,
lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, state of Florida, to wit:
Lot 14, Block 20, GOULD & EWING'S 2ND ADDITION, according to
the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book H-1, Page 52,
of the Public Records of Hi1lsborough County, Florida, of which
Pine1las County was formerly a part.
This easement is granted for construction purposes for use by the City
of Clearwater, Florida; specifically: Asphalt resurfacing of the existing
parking lot upon, over and within the easement premises, together with
installation of twenty two (22) concrete wheel stops, Neither the City nor
its contractor shall be responsible for striping the parking lot.

performed in
specifications
covenants with the Grantor that all work performed by its
within and upon the premlses described herein shall be
a workmanlike manner and in compliance with all City
and regulations applicable to parking lot resurfacing.
Grantor shall save and hold the City harmless from any and all liability
of whatever nature arising during performance of obligations as defined
herein; including injury to person or property occasioned wholly or in part
by any negligent act or omission of the City's contractor(s). Grantor shall
look solely to such contractor(s) for any redress.
The rights granted herein are temporary and will expire automatically
one year from the date hereof or upon the completion of construction as
described herein, whichever is sooner, unless extended by written agreement
of the parties hereto.
