NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration ofthe foregoing and other good and valuable consideration to the Encumbrancer in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the Encumbrancer does here by Subordinate from the operation and effect ofthe Instrument and hereby joins in the Subordination ofEncumberance in the following described real property located in Pinellas County, Florida, to wit: See legal description identified as Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
