EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERA TION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) cash
in hand paid to them, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the
benefits to be derived therefrom, ALAN G. DEE and LAWRENCE E. ROTE,
a Florida general partnership, do hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, an easement over, under
and across the following described land, lying and being situate in the County
of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
A portion of Blocks B-2, B-4 and B-6 of Maryland Subdivision,
as recorded in Plat Book 15, page 25 of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida, together with portions of vacated
rights-of-way lying contiguous thereto, and being more particularly
described as follows:
From the SE corner of Lot 7, Block B...6 of Maryland Subdivision
as recorded in Plat Book 15, page 25 of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida, as a point of reference, run N 89003'
08" W along the Southerly boundary of said Block B-6, 7.95 feet
for a P. O. B. From said P. O. B. thus established, continue
N 89003'08" W along said Southerly boundary 178.68 feet; thence
N 0010' 09" E, being a line extending through Lot 4, Block B-6,
Lots 4 and 17, Block B-4, and Lot 4, Block B-2 in said Maryland
Subdivision, a distance of 443.99 feet to a point being in Lot 4,
Block B-2, said point being 81. 0 feet South of the Northerly
boundary of said Block B-2; thence S 89003'0811 E along a line
being 81.0 feet South of and parallel to said North boundary of
Block B-6, 187.96 feet to the Easterly boundary of Lot 7, Block
B-2; thence S OQ20'24" W along the East boundary of said Lot
7, Block B-2, 20.00 feet to the SE corner of Lot 7; thence
N 89003'08" W along the South boundary of Lot 7, 9.96 feet;
thence S 0020'24" W, 321.99 feet to a point on the Northerly
boundary of the aforementioned Lot 7, Block B..6; thence

upon the above-described premises and to construct, install and maintain
thereon any drainage or retention lines and to inspect and alter such lines
